Twelvetones Production Music is the first Hungarian music label based on the Twelvetones Records record label under the business name Tizenkéthang Kft. Twelvetones Records started in 2001 and is today considered one of the most successful indie labels, with several gold albums and a platinum record among its releases. The founders, Zsófia Tallér and Csaba Faltay, had decades of creative and production experience in the international library music market, and based on this experience, the Twelvetones music label still plays a niche role: it tries to offer styles and genres that are usually not or not sufficiently represented in library music catalogues. Since the tragic death of Zsófia Tallér in 2021, Csaba Faltay has been in charge of both Twelvetones Main Library and Twelvetones Art Series.

On 1 January 2023, the Twelvetones catalogues merged with the Schubert Music Library, owned by Schubert Music, one of Central Europe’s largest independent music publishers. This partnership will ensure the continued high-quality, consistent development of the Twelvetones catalogues.
