Should we show good music?

Nowadays, musical tastes are very diverse, which is why it’s hard to describe what it means to be something modern and youthful. Our composer Gábor Bruzsa created a unique blend of these two concepts in a relaxed, emotional and heart-warming style.

R’n’b, rock, indie pop songs sung in pleasant female and male vocals alternate, as if we turned on the radio for the trip and the cool songs sounded without advertising for half an hour.

Gábor’s music creeps into everyday life unnoticed and conjures a pleasant, humming atmosphere around us. But don’t just listen to them for good! It is precisely their naturalness that makes them excellent usable stock music, which is why we forget everythoing while we listen to them: they create a familiar feeling in us, and this is very important in productions that focus on human relationships, everyday life or just relaxation.

After a long illness, in the 51st year of her life, Zsófia Tallér, Ferenc Erkel Prize-winning composer and habilitated university professor, music director of Twelvetones Production Music, passed away on Monday night. With her tragically unexpected death, Hungarian music left an irreplaceable space in life and in music education. She studied at the Academy of Music as a student of Attila Bozai and Emil Petrovics, was a founding member of the NOVUS Café Music Workshop, and then worked as the music director of the National Theater. Since 1999 she has been a professor at the University of Theater and Film Arts, and since 2000 she has been a professor at the Liszt Ferenc University of Music, co-founder of the Applied Composer specialization. Her compositions have regularly appeared on domestic and international concert stages, classical music festivals, and many theatrical and film productions are associated with her name.

Her opera Leánder és Lenszirom, presented in 2015, was staged by the Hungarian State Opera House for 3 seasons, so it was seen by more than 15,000 viewer. The performance was released on both CD and DVD.

Lo-fi means low sound quality (short for Low Fidelity). In the past, the term was used for noisy, low-quality sound recordings, but later it also appeared as a stand-alone style in music and underwent many changes over several decades.
This musical genre relies on background noise and laid-back beats. Relaxed, determined, often twisting music, but at the same time a mysterious, mystical effects can be expressed with special background noises.

Twelvetones ’new album features stock music tracks that can serve as a great background to support relaxed, chill scenes. It is also a good choice for a bar atmosphere, travel, detective scenes or creating a light mystical atmosphere.

We owe a special album to our composer Zsolt Kaltenecker. The songs become unique not only with the way they are written around the theme from they develop, but also with the way in which he preforms them using different effects to proces them in real time. This is how we get several moods for serenity, oriental sound, beauty, cheerfulness or nostalgia.

Anyone who listens to the album will surely feel the atmosphere created by Zsolt with the diverse, yet recognizable style notes.
